In 2006 Ray began helping real estate agents how to market their properties using new media and technologies. In 2007, Ray became a licensed Realtor as the world Real Estate market crashed. Not to be deterred, he became a business broker and was named "Broker of the Year" by 2009. In 2010 he started a highly successful restaurant and marketing company which he sold in 2013.
After moving back to Arkansas in 2013, Ray reactivated his real estate license and created one of the fastest growing real estate teams in central Arkansas selling 30 units in 2014 with over 4.5 million in sales winning the GOLD Realtor Award of Distinction for sales volume in 2014. Today, Ray continues as one of the top preforming agents in the central Arkansas and speaks/teaches the latest developments in real estate, business, and technology to local business owners, groups, and agents.
He loves to spend his free time in the great outdoors of the Natural State with family and in the working, planting, & harvesting, in the garden.
