Introduction to Stop Being Mediocre:
"Who am I and why did I write this book? I'm a Family Medicine physician in who grew up in central Arkansas in a place called Pine Bluff. I wrote this book because most people are settling in life. They are settling with their work, their bad habits, their choice of life partner, their home, and the list goes on. I feel that people don't live up to their full potential. People give up on themselves and their dreams way too early."

"I wrote this book as a quick read that can be picked up over and over again. If you apply the principles in this book, you will see changes in your life. I am not an attorney, a CPA, or a relationship counselor. I'm a physician. I know what hard work, dedication, and discipline are. I have also made lots of mistakes im life; I am not perfect by any means. I try to get better every day, and I think anyone can get better if he or she decides to. It's never too late to make a change in your life. I did not use statistics in this book. These ideas have been gathered from my own reading and life experiences."

"Stop being mediocre and live life to the fullest!"
