Mother, Artist, and Life Coach in the United States

I am a mother, and artist, life coach, and a dedicated beach girl. I am also a survivor of domestic violence, but I don't let that define me. Being a survivor is far better than a victim, but I wanted more. I felt limited with that label and so I set out to change it for myself and others. I started writing a blog to share my story hoping that it would resonate with other women and it has. This spurred to pages on Facebook and Instagram which have blossomed into a dynamic tribe of beautiful and soulful people. Lets face it, life is tough and when you are trying to reboot, and after trauma it's even tougher. The truth is that most of us are survivors of something in this life and our pain is an enormous connector. I want to connect to people who are having trouble moving past the label survivor to show them that you can reboot your life. You can rise above and beyond your past. Committing to the belief that you can transform your life by speaking your truth and doing the necessary work will be the start on a path of self discovery and freedom. It's up to you to take the time you need to dig deep and find out who you really are. Be the person that you are meant to be, not who the world wants you to be. Be strong, walk tall, crown on...it's time to thrive.
