Our methods are an innovative mix of the traditional and creative.
In 2009 we founded the annual New Perspectives symposium series to nurture emerging feminist scholars from the Caribbean. We've even sponsored a young calypsonian from Barbados, providing both the lyrics and musical arrangement for her participation in the nation's biggest festival!
In 2012 we were shorlisted for a FRIDA Young Feminist Fund grant. We hosted CatchAFyah, the region's first ever young feminist meet-up which resulted in the launch of the CatchAFyah Caribbean Feminist Network in May 2012.
We aim to bring a plurality of critical feminist voices to everything from politics and economics to gender and sexualities in our global world.
We love to collaborate with established organisations as well as emerging groups and individual artists, activists and entrepreneurs.
