I am a Career Center Specialist at The University of Kansas's University Career Center. I welcome students into our office with a smile, clean up resumes that are submitted to the Resume Dropbox, post jobs in KU Career Connections, and schedule appointments for the rest of our wonderful staff.
During my time at The University of Kansas I am striving to achieve a degree in Nursing. After I graduate, I hope to find a job in a pediatric oncology department of a hospital. I love children and helping people is my passion. If I had the opportunity to help children in their battle against cancer, my dream would come true. I want to make a difference in the lives of others.
In my free time I love to swim, I have been swimming since I was six years old and it is another one of my passions. I also enjoy playing with animals (especially my puppy, Truman), being with my friends and family, volunteering in hospitals, traveling (I wish I had the opportunity to do so more often, one day I will!), baking, and being involved with my sorority, Pi Beta Phi!
