I am an AADP-board certified health coach and certified sport yoga teacher, centered on a holistic approach to wellness involving the body, mind and spirit. I support my clients in improving their physical health, emotional wellness and mental clarity by nourishing the body, feeding the mind and nurturing the soul.

As a yoga teacher, I design personalized, individual and small group sessions online, for clients in my home, remotely and at a gym in South Windsor, CT. I am also trained in Core Vinyasa Strength Yoga and am completing Hatha Yoga teacher training.

As a holistic nutrition and lifestyle coach, I educate people on the imortance of nutrient-dense real, whole foods, how to practice mindful eating and movement and to pursue a purposeful lifestyle. I also give workshops on nutrition and leading a healthy lifestyle in the community.

I write about disease prevention, lifestyle changes, nutrition and exercise, as well as provide commentary on the latest health news on The Mind-Body Shift and as Hartford Healthy Living columnist for Examiner.com. I am also editor for East Windsor HametHub.

As a freelance journalist for more than a decade, my writing has been published in Elephant Journal, The San Francisco Chronicle, BlogHer: Life Well Said, The Hartford Courant, Met Another Frog, and Moondance: Celebrating Creative Women, among other publications.
