Rene S. Garcia

Strategy and Growth Consultant in Bosnia (at the moment)

Copywriter by day. Marketer by trade. Community organizer at heart.

“Creating opportunities for people to take action.”

It's been a key component across my career from political campaigns, video production, and managing artists.

Its importance couldn’t be more highlighted than between this year’s election cycle or Boeing’s PR rally to partners and shareholders. Both are on the trail to regain widespread trust. And quickly, with ad buys across platforms, in the middle of cultural events.

When you can nail your core messaging, it shows. It allows your team to move the needle daily toward the collective mission. It’s the building blocks of your reputation.

With that said, I’ve found having an outside presence in projects can be beneficial to cut through the noise.

“But there’s ChatGPT…”

I get it. I do. As a copywriter, I view it as another tool in the creation process and any artist or business given more resources would be happy to discover what they can create next. You still need a base of articulate inputs, knowing your end goal, brand language, cultural awareness, etc. I'm happy to see technology opening up any field including this one.

I’m committed to being transparent with clients on its use and executing content that carries their spirit and mission.

When I'm away from the keyboard, there's always time for a run with music flowing through the body. Cooking for friends & family has also become central. There's something about bringing folks together and creating a communal experience for us to be present and vibe with each other’s energy that feeds the soul. In a sense, my personal life fuels my professional life, and vice-versa.
