Rhiannon Racy

As an Assistant Director at the University Career Center, I encourage students to lead more meaningful and fulfilling lives by teaching them to identify and synthesize their unique passions, interests, strengths, skills, and personality in one-on-one career coaching appointments. You may also find me leading career education workshops and working career events around campus. Ultimately, I have a passion for developing students’ understanding of who they are, how they relate to the world around them, and helping people find meaning and purpose in their lives.

I earned a Master of Science in Education from the University of Kansas. Before attending KU, I attended Ball State University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts. Outside of the world of career, my professional interests lie in the relationship between education and society. In my spare time, you can find me with my nose in a book, cooking for friends, and going on runs with my dog. An avid consumer of new ideas and knowledge, I love being introduced to diverse perspectives.
