Ricardo Pineda, formerly of Aliph and the Jawbone brand, continues to facilitate consumer electronics product development and marketing as global supply chain vice president for Monster Cable Products. He has played a key role in driving the growth of Monster's Beats by Dr. Dre headphone products, as well as in the overall development of company operations and sales performance worldwide. Ricardo Pineda comes to this role following service as senior director of operations and quality for Aquent company's Litl division. Before that job, he led new product introduction for Aliph's Jawbone line.

Prior to assuming leadership of Jawbone, Ricardo Pineda served as senior director of worldwide manufacturing and engineering with Plantronics, Inc., where he gained widespread media attention for his developments in the Chinese market. He spearheaded the construction of the first manufacturing facility in China to earn Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification by the US Green Building Council. He proactively sought sustainable materials and advocated for green building techniques and, by 2006, had seen the project through to completion and acquisition of a LEED gold rating. Also, having served as a board member and board chair for Second Harvest Food Bank, Mr. Pineda remains dedicated to serving the global community.
