I am a Marketing Professor exploring the intersection of Sports Business and Social Media in the classroom, through academic research and by interacting with practitioners as a speaker at conferences and a source for media outlets.

Recent speaking engagements include MIT’s Sloan Sports Analytics Conference, the IE Group’s Sports Analytics Summit and IE’s Social Media and Web Analytics Innovation Conference, and being featured on NPR’s Only A Game radio program.

I have published several academic articles in Sport Marketing Quarterly and recently co-authored an article for an upcoming issue of the International Journal of Sports Marketing and Sponsorship.
