I am a Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Professional (GISP) with over 15 years of demonstrated experience in applying geographic analysis and developing applications for improved information management and decision support. My expertise includes advanced cartography, satellite image processing, land cover mapping, and environmental risk assessments. I have several years of experience in civil engineering design, construction surveying, and related infrastructure management, as well as web-based mapping application design and deployment, and program monitoring and reporting.
