Working at Calford Seaden as a Principle HVAC Engineer I can provide robust building services designs incorporating the latest technologies to offer high-quality completed projects in all sectors.
I am a Low Carbon Consultant, qualified Energy Assessor and am accredited to use the latest Dynamic Simulation Modelling (DSM) software enabling me to provide a clear understanding of energy usage within buildings. I can also detail thermal modelling within buildings and provide Level 3, 4 and 5 (complex building ) EPC's .
To compliment these I can also offer guidance and produce reports on relevant Sustainable and LZC technologies to suit building regulations and environmental assessments.
My work / life balance is maintained to ensure my mind is always in the right place; returning to my wife and children as it should be is always the highlight of my day.
As an avid Angler I long to catch the one that got away and always strive to catch a new personal best.
