I grew up in Herscher, IL, a small town about an hour away from Chicago. After studying music at Illinois State University, and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, I dropped out to begin a career in recruiting that has turned into a life long passion and taken me on an amazing journey. My wife Sara and I are raising two fierce daughters.
I now live in Milton, GA, outside of Atlanta.
