At an early age, I was exposed to three things -- sports, video games, and music. My first video game was Top Gun on the NES, the first sport I played was basketball, and the first song I heard I can't remember (hey look, a quarter). I grew up playing and admiring the sport of basketball. Upon living in Canada, I was mocked for said love of sport because of it being an American thing. Hogwarts, I said and inadvertently casted a spell on myself to love the national sport of Hockey. On the court, I'm rooting for the Dallas Mavericks and Orlando Magic. On the ice, I'm all for my hometown Vancouver Canucks and Anaheim Ducks. Video Games have been a staple in my geek life. My favourite genres are sports, racing, platformers, rhythm-action, action-adventure, and first person shooters. As diverse as that sounds, I'm very picky as to what I'll enjoy, perhaps it's the reason why enjoying an RPG has always been a struggle for me. Overall, I'm a lovable, shy, opinionated, rambunctious, night time, sniffling, sneezing, coughing, aching, stuffyhead, fever, so-you-can-rest-quicker-picker-upper-yeah-I-just-sticky-grenaded-you-in-halo-reach geek at heart. * gasps for air *
