Rick Dale Anderson

Based out of Austin, Texas, Rick Dale Anderson serves as managing director of PTV Sciences. A medical device executive, Anderson has overseen the launches of pharmaceuticals and products that have earned up to $2 billion in sales. For the Texas firm, Rick Dale Anderson manages a $400 million healthcare fund that he invests in small companies.

In preparation for his career, Anderson attended Mississippi State University. While earning his bachelor of science in business and marketing with honors, he joined the Reserve Officers' Training Corps. After graduating, he enlisted in the United States Army as a commissioned 2nd Lieutenant. In the military for five years, he left the service as a Captain.

Following his discharge, Rick Dale Anderson joined Allergan as manager of sales training. Over the next several years, he would hold important positions with Boehringer Manheim Pharmaceuticals, Centocor, and Racal Healthcare, among other firms. Moreover, he spent a decade with Johnson and Johnson as company group chairman as well as two years as worldwide franchise vice president for Cordis Corporation. During this period, he further enhanced his credentials by completing the advanced general management course within the Johnson and Johnson high potential leadership program.
