Built my first Web site in 1995. Turned pro in 1996. Spent the next ten years launching social tools before we even called it that.

Starting in 2006 advised Fortune 500 (B2B, B2C, Pharma) on setting social strategies that not only won awards but more importantly drove measurable sales results.

Was McDonald's first-ever Director of Social Media making it the top social restaurant brand and most talked about non-tech brand.

Moved to Kellogg to lead a rethinking of our communications strategy with creative storytelling internally and externally, built on brand foundations and driven by data. Then I assembled an in-house creative team with agile production capabilities and flexible frameworks to engage stakeholders from the C-suite down to front-line employee ambassadors to bring it to life.

As Kellogg’s lead for digital communications, I have developed the internal and external strategies that helped reframe the 115-year-old company known for Saturday morning cereals as an innovator leading the future of food through plant-based wellbeing.
