Rick Wurzbacher

Beginning with the United States Air Force in 1982, Rick Wurzbacher has cultivated a deep sense of professionalism and efficiency with his various endeavors. Rick Wurzbacher enlisted as a medical administrator at a US Air Force Medical Center, where he oversaw several internal systems. During his nine-year career in the Air Force, Rick Wurzbacher received a number of performance awards. Rick Wurzbacher studied at the Community College of the Air Force, earning Phase I and II US Air Force Medical Technologist designations.

Graduating with honors, Rick Wurzbacher continued his work with the US Air Force in both active duty and reservist capacities. Rick Wurzbacher took on increasing responsibilities as a medical professional, facilitating laboratory operations in hematology, chemistry, pediatric phlebotomy, and microbiology-related analyses. With the Laboratory Corporation of America, Rick Wurzbacher worked with STAT laboratory specimens.

Rick Wurzbacher transitioned to the communications industry, conducting business as a sales representative and development specialist for a worldwide communications firm. A noted professional in his sector, Rick Wurzbacher recently ranked first of 486 colleagues in sales in the company’s northeast region. Rick Wurzbacher has also received recognition with numerous VIP Club Awards for sales and contract renewals.

Apart from his professional development, Rick Wurzbacher has honed his talent for blues and jazz guitar, performing with musicians Pat Martino, “Papa” John DeFrancesco, and Stan Kenton. Rick Wurzbacher began playing guitar more than 25 years ago and has since released six albums and toured popular jazz clubs around the country. Rick Wurzbacher’s CD credits include Rick Wurzbacher Live with Joey DeFrancesco and Bertell Knox.
