Ricky Johnson

My name is Ricky Johnson and I am the Co-Founder of PledgeCents.

As an avid traveler and wanderlust sufferer, I have been able to witness first hand the incredible differences across this world. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Texas, I learned early on to embrace cultural differences, not fear them. But no matter how different opposing ends of the world can be, one thing remains the same - the importance of education. Where I am today can be greatly attributed to the education I received. PledgeCents aims to provide better educational opportunities to our students all over the world by providing a quick and easy solution to fundraising. Teachers, PTO/PTA members and non-profits can post causes to micro-fund their school's needs. My hope is that to build a movement of supporters, both young and old, who are passionate about helping to improve the quality of education within our classrooms for the sake of our students, our future. Because Every Cent Counts!
