Well a few things have happened to me over the last few years that have made my life even more amazing then I could have hoped. First I met the women of my dreams and somehow she agreed to spend her life with me. Second I left the world of triathlon racing and discovered trail running and most notably the excitement, adventure, and joy of training for and racing Ultra distances.
