Martha currently serves as the Development Coordinator for the 501 (c)3 non-profit 100cameras. 100cameras is based out of New York, New York, but operates its developmental support programs inspiring the perspective and strength of youth in at risk communities all around the world. In her developmental capacity she juggles many operational and fundraising issues daily all serving to further the awareness and breadth of the 100cameras Mission.

She has served with 100cameras for just short of 1 year and prior to this volunteered as an Administrative Intern with Regarding Youth Life Inc. operating out of Harlem, New York. In the same sense Regarding Youth Life works with at risk youth, but on a more local level in Harlem and endevours to inspire an entreprenerial spirit in those whom the educational system hasn't the capacity to grow properly.
