Graduated from Faculty of Medicine Lambung Mangkurat University as bachelor of medicine (2014) and as a medical doctor (2016), Public Senior High School 1 Banjarbaru (2010), Public Junior High School 1 Banjarbaru (2007), Public Elementary School Banjarbaru Utara 1 (2004).

Organization experiences in Himpunan Mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Dokter FK UNLAM (as 1st vice chairman), Ikatan Senat Mahasiswa Kedokteran Indonesia Wilayah 3 (as staff of 'Kajian Strategis' division), and Kelompok Studi Islam Asy-Syifa FK UNLAM (as akhawat manager of 'Kaderisasi' department), OSIS-MPK SMAN 1 Banjarbaru & SMPN 1 Banjarbaru.

Worked in Department Anatomy of FK UNLAM-2012 (assistant), Department Microbiology of FK UNLAM-2013 (assistant), PPK 1 POSKES KODIM 1006 Martapura-2016 (assistant doctor), MEU FK UNLAM-2016 (additional lecturer), Puskesmas Cempaka Banjarbaru-2017 (Internship doctor), RSD Idaman Banjarbaru-2017 (Internsip doctor), Puskesmas Gambut-2018 (General Practitioner), RSU Mawar Banjarbaru (General Practitioner), RSU Syifa Medika Banjarbaru (General Practitioner), and currently work in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin (General Practitioner of Emergency Room).

A simple wife from Zafrullah Ismail, with two beloved sons : Ahmad Zaeim Ismail & Muhammad Alfatih Ismail.
