Kristen Ringer

A regional vice president for Mundelein, Illinois-based Medline Industries, Inc., Kristen Ringer heads the growth and market penetration for Medline’s Sterile Procedure Tray Division. In this role, Kristen Ringer provides strategic leadership to retain key customers in northern California; Utah; Reno, Nevada; and Boise, Idaho. Prior to joining Medline, Ms. Ringer worked as a marketing summer associate for AGA Medical developing new marketing initiatives. Earlier in her career, she spent five years with Maxim Integrated Products, a $2 billion analog and mixed-signal semiconductor business located in Sunnyvale, California.

While Kristen Ringer enjoys visiting small town America as, she has traveled the world and has a particular passion for Paris, France. She also stays physically active by golfing, running marathons, and playing soccer, a sport she has participated in since age 8. Further, she combines some of her extracurricular activities with community service; as a participant in the San Diego Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon, she joined the Team in Training program to raise money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. Ms. Ringer has also mentored immigrants through Upwardly Global, an organization that helps immigrants rebuild their professional careers in the United States.
