Cerell Rivera has a 15-year record of accomplishment garnering financial support and public endorsements from thought leaders and change champions in business and government. Strong relationship building and influencing skills have enabled Cerell to develop high-profile cross-sector collaborations resulting in multi-million dollar engagements. Under the auspice of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, Cerell designed and managed the State of Hawaii’s Weatherization Assistance Programs that help more than 550 middle- and low-income households save on monthly energy bills and reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Most recently, Cerell worked with the Operations team at Smart Wire Grid to produce innovative technology solutions for the electric utility industry. Cerell has a history of successfully managing projects, translating strategic thinking into action, and leading global teams to desired outcomes. Cerell’s international experience includes overseas residence, Japanese language skills, and intercultural exposure. I am particularly interested in public affairs, philanthropy, and Asian art. Surfing, snowboarding, running, reading, studying Japanese language, hiking, and working out are my favorite activities.
