I'm a User Experience Designer who strives to provide people with what they need to realize their goals online as easily as possible. Sometimes this means talking to customers to find out what they think they need or poring over data to see how people are really using sites. (Often I joke that my job title should really be Interface Therapist, because it feels like I spend a lot of time nodding knowingly at the screen, digging deep into what the product is really trying to do, and then encourage it to be honest with it's intentions because although it's doing OK right now... it could always be doing better!) 

In January of 2011 I relocated to Venice, California and am still coming to grips with the fact I have to drive myself everywhere to get to anything in LA. If you know of a dog park or food truck experience you think I might enjoy, drop me a line!
