Rob Aster, an established music producer, is the owner and managing partner of RRHOT LLC, a music production company that creates compelling story telling music for television and film.

Rob Aster and his RRHOT creative team are a primary source of the theme and background music heard during the 2014 NCAA Mens’ Division ! Basketball Championship Tournament known as March Madness. These broadcasts are being televised across the CBS, TNT, TBS and TruTV networks. According to Nielsen, these broadcasts have achieved its highest viewership in 21 years, averaging over 9 million viewers.

The leadership roles of Rob Aster include serving as the company’s managing partner, business manager, and creative director. He regularly handles projects involving music publishing, performance rights, and client relationship development. He also actively composes and produces a range of music for television, films, and albums. His career highlights with RRHOT include earning an Emmy Award nomination and achieving a Network Television Performance Award from SESAC.

Educated at the University of Miami, Rob Aster earned his bachelor’s degree in music and business. He currently maintains affiliations with professional organizations such as ASCAP, SESAC, and BMI. In his personal life, he supports the Nantz National Alzheimer Center, the Breast Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, and other healthcare organizations.
