The leadership roles of Rob Aster include serving as the company’s managing partner, business manager, and creative director. He regularly handles projects involving music publishing, performance rights, and client relationship development. He also actively composes and produces a range of music for television, films, and albums. His career highlights with RRHOT include earning an Emmy Award nomination and achieving a Network Television Performance Award from SESAC.

Educated at the University of Miami, Rob Aster earned his bachelor’s degree in music and business. He currently maintains affiliations with professional organizations such as ASCAP, SESAC, and BMI.
