I'm a serial entrepreneur living in the San Francisco Bay Area. Currently I am the CTO at Revision3, which was sold in May 2012 to Discovery Communications. I've spent the last 20 years in the media, mobile, advertising, and computer graphics industries. My passion has always been about engaging humans with technology in a way that is meaningful.
This devotion to connecting people and technology was recently honored when I was named by EContent as one of the top 15 influencers in digital media.
I've been fortunate enough to be part of a number of successful startups, including Transpera, Third Screen Media, m-Qube, ATG, MediaRush and others - and am thrilled to call Revision3 my current home.
I started life as a scientist (computer science / physics / astronomy), and worked at NASA/JPL and MIT/Lincoln Laboratories (for the FAA) prior to getting the startup bug.
