My goal is simple. To squeeze the most out of every phase in my life. My early twenties were all about the preverbial bucketlist: jumping out of planes, bungee jumping, swimming with sharks and travelling the world. Those days are definitely behind me now, but the desire to explore and experience life fully is as healthy as ever.
As a teacher, I always have the buring desire to grow. I know that consistently changing what and how I teach will keep me fully invested and happy in the profession. That is why I embrace technology the way I do. It is ever changing, as are the students that we teach. Just as you think there is nothing else out there, you are behind and trying to catch up.
My goal professionally is to end the way I started. I want to walk into work everyday trying to learn something new. I want the people I work with, whether it be students or collegues, to know that I love what I do by simply observing the way I walk into the room each day. And most of all, I want to feel that I have the power to change lives.
