Robert Bader

An executive and marketing specialist with nearly three decades of experience, Robert Bader currently serves as Vice President of Market Strategy and Consumer Intelligence for OSI Restaurant Partners, LLC in Tampa, Florida. Commanding a long and impressive professional background, Robert Bader began to lay the educative foundations for his career as an undergraduate at the University of Delaware. He demonstrated an early proficiency in business, marketing, and consumer behavior, winning election to the Omicron Delta Epsilon international honor society.

Following receipt of his Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics, Robert Bader chose to further his studies in marketing by enrolling into the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business. The recipient of a Roger H. Sherman Scholarship for academic excellence, Robert Bader earned his Master of Business Administration from the Darden School in 1983 and soon launched his career as a marketing executive.

After three years as an Assistant Vice President of Marketing in the Electronic Banking Department at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company in New York City, Robert Bader accepted an opportunity to work as Associate/Assistant Product Manager at James River Corporation, Northern Bathroom Tissue division.

Two years later, he joined the team at Campbell Soup Company as a Marketing Manager, in which capacity he trained his attention on such products as Swanson Great Starts Frozen Breakfasts and Le Menu Frozen Dinners. A valued leader of the Great Starts brand, Robert Bader helped Campbell Soup Company win the David Ogilvy Award for marketing excellence. From Campbell Soup, Robert Bader entered into a highly successful period as Product Director for Johnson & Johnson, where he developed and implemented multifaceted brand innovation strategies for Sure & Natural Feminine Protection and Carefree Feminine Protection.

Striking out on his own in 1993, Robert Bader founded Bader Associates, Inc., with a focus on devising new product launch strategies for a variety of consumer products and over-the-counter pharmaceutical brands.
