Robert Grogan

A well-regarded financial expert and philanthropist, Robert Grogan functions as Chief Financial Officer of Boston TransTec in Newton Center, Massachusetts. Robert Grogan has earned a reputation as a leader, overseeing all aspects of company’s financial operations. In his capacity at Boston TransTec, a medical device research company, he recently prepared and submitted grants on the company’s behalf to compete for funds to continue important work. He also streamlined operations to return the company to profitability. In addition, Robert Grogan served at the American Heart Association, Inc., in the Founders Affiliate Division. Robert Grogan handled all financial aspects for 400 employees working out of 17 offices in 8 Northeastern states. He provided staff support to various Board of Directors’ subcommittees, including the Business Operations Committee, the Investment Committee, and the Real Estate Committee. Robert Grogan laid a solid academic foundation for his successful career, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Boston’s Northeastern University. He keeps current on his profession through his affiliations with organizations such as the Boston Entrepreneurs’ Network, the Medical Development Group, Financial Executives International (Boston Chapter), and the 128 Innovation Capital Group. Robert Grogan resides in Framingham, Massachusetts, where he enjoys playing golf at the nearby Captains Golf Course in Brewster.
