First of all I am a Dad and a husband, but I am hooked on technology. If I am not tinkering with personal pet projects, I am busy reading on the latest innovations in technology, art and science.
I am located in California's central valley serving the growing IT services needs.
I have been exposed early on with innovations with the early days when modems were the size of a small air conditioner unit and now a small chip the size of a quarter.
I was mentored in the concepts and terminology of networking at the age where Inspector Gadget and marbles should have taken more precedence.
When my school received computers I had my own set of 5.25 floppy's and a subscriptions to programming trade magazines, where my major accomplishment was a early version of flight simulator that was entirely coded from many hours of mistakes.
I had learned the intricate workings of R/D motherboard development, early CNC milling, solder work and BIOS programming from a self taught guru.
As life comes full circle I have found myself ten years out of the technology loop try out different job types as technology jobs were slim to none in central California.
I was offered a chance to certify as a Network Support Specialist and has been my career ever since.
