Rob Ughetta

Rob Ughetta is a partner in the Capital Markets Group, resident in Cadwalader’s Charlotte and New York offices. A graduate of Princeton University, Rob received his J.D., cum laude, from Albany Law School of Union University. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in the State of New York.

With over 20 years of experience, Rob focuses his practice in the areas of asset securitization, structured finance, derivative products, fund formation, secured lending and other types of innovative financing.

Moreover, Rob Ughetta has extensive experience in secured lending and represents lenders in structuring and negotiating finance facilities, including repo transactions and other financings of loans, securities and other assets. Rob also has experience advising clients in the structuring of warehouse financings and securitizations of non-performing loans.
