Robyn Schmigelski

Robyn Schmigelski is an attorney from New York who has many years of experience in cases ranging from medical malpractice to employment law. As a licensed New York State attorney and a member in good standing of the New York State Bar Association, Robyn began her career as a litigator for a top New York City law firm as part of their Medical Unit. During this time, Robyn became passionate about the problems faced by people with disabilities and medical issues, especially when the workplace is concerned.

Robyn believes in protecting the rights of people who may not be as aware of what their rights are, so she ensures that her knowledge of the law is accessible and beneficial to her clientele. Robyn Schmigelski received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1990. Prior to this, she earned a B.A. with a concentration in Rhetoric and Literature from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
