I am a doctoral student under Dr. Roger Enoka in the Neurophysiology of Movement laboratory at the University of Colorado, Boulder. I earned my master's degree in Anthropology at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville under the direction of Dr. Murray Marks, where my focus was forensics and skeletal biology.

I went on to start a successful career in the medical device industry, specializing in spine. In my current position, I collaborate with surgeons around the world to design, execute and publish clinical studies related to the sacroiliac joint and back pain.

My passion is helping people live happier and healthier in their bodies. As a lifelong yogi and yoga teacher specializing in yoga therapy, I am interested in how the nervous system coordinates the complexity of movement. My dissertation work focuses on the neuromechanics of flexibility.
