Roderich is a passionate gastronomy professional with entrepreneurial skills and a track record of success in market development, turnaround-, strategy- and product development. Bilingual and multi-cultural at heart - always serious in business and most importantly safeguard of common sense. His passion is building businesses and life long learning, as demonstrated with his MBA.

A German native that built his career in the professional restaurant industry. Starting with running his first Café in high school, he continued to build restaurant management skills in the then newly created IHK (Chamber of Commerce) - Certified Restaurant Management Training program. Working for different companies, including Steakhouses, fine dining restaurants, a coffee & sandwich startup and Global QSR companies, he completed both undergrad and post graduate studies at the FOM University of Applied Science.

Roderich has a track record of driving top line sales, bottom line profits, customer engagement and loyalty, innovation capability and building strong relationships.
