 Rodney T.E. Dixon is both knowledgeable and tenacious; creating opportunities amidst obstacles, helping to realize a vision for the future in measurable results. His experience ranges from direct sales initiatives to international corporate growth strategies where he is highly successful in identifying business opportunities with an organizational-entrepreneurship focus.

His experience in Executive roles in the areas of Sales, Marketing, Merchandising and Operations has given him a wealth of knowledge that earned him accolades for development and management of targeted marketing programs, all while realizing a 20%+ net sales gain with an additional $1.5 million in expansion potential. As an innovator, Rodney become the co-creator of 5 patents in beverage designs as well as co-developer of 11 water beverage flavors with a leading United States flavor developer. His creativity and vision have helped him achieve success while invigorating the workforce with enthusiasm and dedication. This was recognized most notably in his selection as the AT&T Synergy award winner for innovation.

Rodney Dixon has always been a creative thinker. In his youth he toyed with ideas and concepts to redesign everyday tools in hopes of improving the design for better functionality. As he grew, his salesmanship became evident when, as a young teenager, he had amassed over 50 regular customers who eagerly sought him out to purchases small goods such as All Occasion cards, a handy functioning pen lighter and the Key-O-Matic.

While in college, Rodney earned a job as a sales representative for Christie Lodge and Associates, a division of American Resorts International (ARI). Rodney proved himself and quickly advanced in responsibilities to become coordinator of sales. It wasn't long after that he earned the recognition of Walter Kosch, Chairman of ARI, for his astute abilities and remarkable sales achievements.
