Roger Lipson

A leading contemporary business educator and thinker, Dr. Roger Lipson has spent more than 25 years developing and delivering innovative methods for coaching leaders, assessing executive talent and building executive development programs. Roger has been a frequent guest lecturer at the Yale School of Management and works nationally and internationally through The Lipson Group, his Lincoln, Nebraska-based consulting firm. His clients range from solo entrepreneurs to Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to forming The Lipson Group in 2002, Roger led the Measurement and Assessment practice as a partner at Kenexa with responsibility for all pre-employment selection and employee engagement work. As an executive vice president at The Gallup Organization, where he worked from 1984 to 1999, Roger contributed to Gallup’s highly regarded Strengths Finder© assessment and Q12© Employee Engagement Survey.

Roger earned his doctorate at the University of Southern California, where he completed studies on the Big 5 Personality Model. His clients include The Walt Disney Company, TDAmeritrade, and Teach for America, and he is a dynamic speaker and presenter at business events around the globe.
