Roger Verghese

Roger is CEO and Founder of Warehouse Company Holdings, a Family of Companies created to provide convenience and professional services under one roof.

Roger's 50  years of combined experience in Insurance, Real Estate, Lending and Title Services allow  him to provide his customers with quality service and expertise.

In addition to membership of the MLS, ORRA, Tampa, Lake and Osceola County Board of Realtors,  he also teaches classes on real estate and mortgage practices as well as  Down Payment  Assistance programs to first-time homebuyers.

Roger is a long time resident of Central Florida  and is married with two children. He understands the struggles families face in today's economy.  His experience and expertise allow him to help families make smart financial choices regarding home ownership.
