Welcome to my world of photography and joy!

My name is Roger von Walden, born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden.

With two children who have already flown the nest, I find myself in an exciting phase of life where I indulge in my passions and interests.

Photography has always been a central part of my life. Since 1990, I've been exploring the world through my camera lens, constantly striving to develop and refine my skills as a photographer.

Capturing moments, stories and emotions is something that deeply fascinates me. I am particularly passionate about photographing people – capturing their unique personality, beauty, and expressions in portraits, street photography, and everyday scenes.

Music has always played a big role in my life. During my teenage years I discovered electronic music and I was immediately captivated by its energy and complexity. Especially techno and house with its powerful beats and hypnotic melodies. In the future, I might even dare to try DJing.

Aside from photography, I am a devoted supporter of Djurgårdens IF and enjoy spending my time at their matches. Football is a passion I share with many others, and it's always an amazing experience to be part of the energetic atmosphere in the stands.

In addition to my other interests, I also co-host a podcast ("Luddiga podden" in Swedish) with a close friend. Our podcast mostly delves into fuzzy topics about everyday life and trivialities. We love exploring the mundane and sharing our thoughts and reflections with our listeners. It's a relaxed and entertaining way for us to navigate life and have fun together.

When seeking tranquility and relaxation, my countryside retreat on Ljusterö in the Stockholm archipelago is my sanctuary. There, I enjoy the beauty of nature and spend time with loved ones.
