Simone Romagnoli

I could define myself as a manager with operational experience in all F&B areas. It all started when I was a kid, as my family was already in the catering industry and it was easy for me to learn and move up through all the levels and procedures, first as a waiter, then to the pizzeria, and finally into the kitchen. When I became an adult, my brother and I decided to start our own business and so I opened my first restaurant / pizzeria. This new adventure introduced me to managerial work, and this intensive experience enabled me to open another 6 very successful bar / restaurant / pizzerias. This again increased my managerial experience and ability to organise staff, my capacity to handle growing numbers of seats - in fact I expanded my local to up to approximately 200 seats. My interest in this sector also led me to specialise as a bartender. Apart from my passion for my field, I like reading, practising various sports and yoga, and I also have interest in electronics and IT.
