Since 1996, Ron has invested and managed over US$1.5 billion in real estate, energy and technology; raised seed rounds and institutional capital; run start-ups, turnarounds and established companies. Ron was previously the CEO of Greenlots (acquired by Shell), Walz Group (acquired by LenderLive) and Colony Capital Japan (listed NYSE: DBRG). Ron graduated with honors from the Haas School of Business (undergraduate) at the University of California, Berkeley, where he founded the Credit Union for Berkeley Students (CUBS).
