Possessing more than two decades of experience in the real estate field, Ronald Lipscomb is especially knowledgeable about public private partnership development projects. Throughout his successful career, he has built and maintained long-term relationships with several national and local banking institutions, and has proven his ability to effectively work with financing and equity providers on Wall Street. Currently, Ronald Lipscomb works with several companies in Maryland. He is a general manager at LSH Gateway, New Directions Trust, and Fir Tree Management. Additionally, he is the general manager at Chesapeake Regional Center, and is currently in the process of raising $42 million for the Marriott Residence Inn at the Johns Hopkins Medical Campus. He is also a partner executive with Forest City New East Baltimore Partnership, where he coordinates between Forest City Enterprises and Presidential Partners and is currently facilitating the opening of a 275,000 square foot biotechnology lab at the Science and Technology Park at Johns Hopkins.

In his free time, Ronald Lipscomb enjoys gardening, listening to jazz, and traveling. He has visited such places as Peru and Jamaica, along with Nicaragua and Spain.
