With more than 20 years experience to draw from, Ron Calafell currently holds the tile of executive chef at a prestigious private club in Westchester County New York. Chef Ron Calafell has placed an emphasis on buying from local sources and has begun to feature many items which are organic and all natural on his menus. Mr. Calafell's strong beliefs that GMO's and antibodies in food are the leading cause in the increase number of food allergies has driven him to focus his efforts on educating the members of his club and providing healthier choices on the menus he offers.

Along with the club's manager, Mr. Calafell is leading a movement to create an organic communal garden at the club. Chef Ron has incorporated his efforts into the clubs summer camp where he offers cooing classes fort he junior members which center around making healthier food choices. Mr. Calafell hopes to incorporate the Organic Garden into the program next summer and be able to educate dr he junior members in a farm to table life style.
