Ron Hershco is a dedicated real estate entrepreneur who is known to build homes in developing areas in New York. He started his career in 1992 as a real estate agency and quickly became his company’s number one revenue producer. He then founded his own company in 1996.
Some of his projects have included The Meridian. The development based in Long Beach and was designed by contemporary firm Newman Design. The Meridian is a luxury residence overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
In addition to contributing a significant amount of time to his real estate projects, Ron is a dedicated philanthropist who believes in giving back to the community.
His company gifted the community in Rockaway, Queens a public school and he also made a donation to Rush Philanthropic Arts Foundation, a charity that Russell Simmons founded that focuses on arts education for disadvantaged youth.
