Born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, Rosario “Ross” Talarico is an experienced real estate attorney. Senior partner and driving force behind the Talarico and Schwisberg Law Offices, he is actively engaged in the practice of residential/commercial real estate law, and has built a solid law practice over the last 31 years. A noted leader in business immigration law, he is vigorously aiding immigrants to set up businesses within Canada. He has a law degree from the University of Ottawa, as well as a BA from Carleton University, also in Ottawa.

In addition to being an acknowledged expert in residential and commercial real estate law, Rosario has established a significant wills, estates and business law practice. Not satisfied with those accomplishments, Rosario has also developed an extensive business immigration law practice, assisting qualified, high net-worth businesspersons and managers with their immigration to Canada under the Canadian government’s Immigrant Investor Program.

Married for 24 years, his wife is an elementary school teacher in Ottawa and they have four children ranging in age from 13 to 23. Rosario is a dedicated family man and seeks to encourage in his children and community the values that were instilled in him during his childhood. In addition to family activities, this involves giving back to the local, as well as Canadian-wide, community that means so much to him.

Throughout his professional career, Rosario has been actively involved in specific community organizations on a volunteer basis.

Rosario's community service reflects how important his Italian heritage and Catholicism are to him. Currently involved with a number of fraternal and charitable organizations, his involvement has been integral to the groups he supports.

Rosario has been a member of the Knights of Columbus since 2010. With charity being considered the keystone of the Knights of Columbus fraternity, he has been involved in fund-raising, promoting Catholic education and actively defending Catholicism in Canada and globally.

Rosario has also been a member of the Order of Italo Canadian since 1987. The order is a fraternal society which is resolved to help Italo Canadians maintain their culture in Canadian society. Rosario's involvement has helped shape the future of the Order by striving to inform all Italo Canadians of the amazing potential which exists with their federal Charter.
