Hi, thanks for stopping by. I'm a New York City-based journalist who has worked as a reporter, news editor and copy editor. When I'm not chasing the big story, writing compelling headlines or trimming captions to fix, you can often find me practicing yoga at the Kula Yoga Project in Tribeca or running around the track with the North Brooklyn Runners. I guess you say I'm an avid runner — I've run 14 marathons since 1999.

Other details: I grew up in two cute little towns in Massachusetts, Fairhaven (south of Boston) and Newburyport (north of Boston), as well as Dunedin, New Zealand. I've lived in New York since late 2000, and my favorite beer is Brooklyn Lager.
