I'm happily married to a former U.S. Marine; we live in rural Western New York, surrounded by family and some of Mother Nature's most beautiful work. I'm a passionate activist, promoting clean living that's easy on the planent, animals, and our own bodies. I believe in giving back and being grateful. My basic goal in life to help others while living well and being happy.
