Elliot Roth

Richmond, VA

Elliot is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University with a BS in Biomedical Engineering, a certificate in Product Innovation and minors in Chemistry and Math.

He is the founder of TEDxVCU, Indie Lab RVA and the ViV Design Group.

He was selected as a University Innovation Fellow in 2012 by VentureWell through Stanford's Epicenter program. He continues to be an active member in the program leading numerous initiatives.

He was one of the founders of a medical startup named Cush that went on to win the people's choice at the i.e. Competition, a city-wide award, and is a 1st and 3rd place winner in the Venture Creation Competition. He is also the recipient of two VCU arts grants for This Makes Sense, an interactive art installation that debuted at InLight Richmond, and The Urban Forest, a unique spin on urban forestry.

To make a living he routinely does product and web design consulting. He also enjoys playing music in his free time.
