I publish Everyday Treats, a blog about living well every day, and The Frog & Snail, a lifestyle blog for parents of boys.

I've been blogging and writing for online publications since 2005. (That probably makes me sound ancient in Internet years.) I currently write a weekly column for Disney's Babble, and I'm a contributor at Cool Mom Picks. I was recently named a Social Media Fellow by the UN Foundation.

I have an MBA and have worked in brand and product management at some of the largest health and beauty companies in the world. In addition to my writing, I'm the brand marketing director at Sway Group, where I combine my classical brand management expertise with my unabashed love of social media. I love to connect brands with digital influencers -- and sometimes I do the influencing myself. 

I spoke at Mom 2.0 in 2012 on transitioning to what's next after mom blogging and in the Voices of the Year Keynote at Blogher ’10 on blogging identity and design. And I'm one of the creators and inaugural speakers at Pivot Boston -- a community of entrepreneurial women that mentor, advise, and encourage one another -- and who collectively empower women in greater Boston. 

I've lived in the Dominican Republic, Spain and pretty much worked my way up the east coast of the United States. I'm fluent in both English and Spanish, and know enough French to find the library. I now live in Boston with my husband and our three sons. We like it here.
