Worked as an Information Technology Officer at National Privacy Commission. Contributed to and led the Digital Transformation of the commission. Rendered services as Director for a year and five (5) months at the University of San Agustin - Iloilo City. Implemented the Digital Transformation of the University. Became a professor at the College of Technology of the University. Taught Computer Engineering and Civil engineering at the same University. One of the Cybersecurity and security operations center (SOC) analysts at Cybersecurity and Enabling Technologies Bureau under the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) (https://www.dict.gov.ph). As an analyst and expert in the field of information security and cybersecurity, performing an in-depth analysis of potential computer and network security threats to the Critical Information Infrastructures (CIIs) network with the Philippine government.

The Department of Information and Communications Technology or the DICT was created through the Republic Act No. 10844. The DICT Act was signed on May 20, 2016, at the time of then-Philippine President Benigno Simeon Cojuangco Aquino III.

A recipient of a Masteral scholarship program under the Technology, Economics, Management, and Policy Program (TEMEP) and International IT Policy Program (ITPP) of Seoul National University sponsored by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy - http://english.mke.go.kr (then Ministry of Information and Communication of Korea).

Also, a recipient of the Human Resource Development Program (HRDP) scholarship program of the Department of Science and Technology (DOST). Currently, taking up Doctor in Information Technology (DIT) at De La Salle University (DLSU) - Taft, Manila.

My research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Telecommuting, and Telework ideas. Cybersecurity and/or Information Security.
