RTI Properties Inc. was founded in 1986 by seasoned real estate professional Robert Abbasi. Mr. Abbasi attained his undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Southern California, where he also attained his MBA with honors.Robert Abbasi started his career in commercial real estate soon after as a commercial real estate investment advisor who successfully outturned over $300,000,000 in transactions. Along with serving as president at RTI Property Management, Robert Abbasialso finds time to serve on the Board of Directors of Western Commercial Bank in Los Angeles – which he helped found – as well as on the Loan/ALCO Committees.
Abbasi’s vision of RTI Property Management began as a small-scale operation to purchase apartment buildings. Headquarted in Gardena of Southern California, RTI is now a fully integrated and nationally recognized firm diversified into several divisions, including commercial property management, commercial brokerage, private money lending division, and commercial development, During the previous cycle of acquisitions, RTI Properties Inc. owned and managed about 5,000 multi‐family units, while today the company owns and manages approximately 3,000, along with retail, office, and storage interests nationwide.
